Winner selected at random, and at the discretion of Heartbeat Radio for Women Inc. management, at any time after reaching 5,000 fans and/or likes.

The random selection of the winner is not determined by Facebook. No substitutions of cash equivalents allowed. All federal, state, and other taxes arising from this contest, if applicable, are the winner’s responsibility and will not be paid by Heartbeat Radio for Women Inc. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Winner will be selected and announced during an the 4pm hour after reaching 5,000 fans and/or likes and will be notified via Heartbeatradiousa.com and/or email from Heartbeat Radio and/or Facebook. Announcement and notification of winner could take place on-air, online, on Facebook and is subject to change at discretion of Heartbeat Radio for Women management.

Winner may be required to execute forms releasing Heartbeat Radio for Women Inc., WRHB 1410AM, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies, from any and all liabilities prior to receiving any prize.
